There are a variety of features that make this unit extremely easy to use and economical. Evaporative technology recycles and eliminates water created during cooling and dehumidifying, leaving no water bucket to empty. Collected water is first used internally to cool the unit and keep it running efficiently. Excess water is evaporated into the hot air exhaust and vented outdoors. The adjustable thermostat and 24 hour timer work together to make sure that the AC is only running when you want it to – saving energy and giving you ultimate control. The remote control and color display keep programming simple and easy.

- Auto – unit will dehumidify and air condition as needed
- Air Conditioner – cools using 8,000 BTU per hour
- Dehumidifier – removes up to 50 pints of water per day
- Fan – 3 fan speeds and optional oscillating for additional circulation
- Evaporative technology – no water bucket to empty
- Emergency water holding tank – collects excess water in extremely humid conditions. Display screen indicates when tank is full and unit will auto-shut off until emptied.
- Single vent system – hot air exhaust hose must be vented outside for Air Conditioning and Dehumidifying functions. Easily installed window mounting kit included.
