The LG LS240HE features high efficiency of 13 SEER with the R-410A Refrigerant, Chaos Swing - Computer controlled vanes create a more natural flow of air, reducing temperature stratification. Ultra-Quiet Streamlined Air Fan - Interior units have a cross-flow fan that operates at low speed but generates more air. Special fan housing creates smooth, quiet air flow and the unit's low-voltage DC motor operates with minimal noise. Jet Cool - Operates at high speed for up to 30 minutes to quickly cool a room down to 65° F. Triple-filter air purifying system - An electrostatic filter removes dust, pollen and smoke; an anti-fungal filter prevents bacteria and mold from forming; and a deodorizing filter constantly freshens the air. Dehumidifying Mode Indoor unit accurately senses room temperature and controls humidity by shutting down compressor(s) before a room is over-cooled.
